Are you a care partner, hospital, maternity, school, kindergarten teacher, foster parent, master, monitor, youth worker, leadership in a youth movement or do you work within policy? Then you can become one of our Care Partners. Have about all of Flanders Care partners access to our database and they can, ad hoc, request one or more documents for a child from their own environment. In this way, both donors and we are sure that everything is properly redistributed.

What do we expect from the Care Partner?

Care partners often work in the first line. This gives them a clear view of individual problems and allows them to intervene quickly.

1. Boxes can be requested via the site or via FB messenger.
2. First come, first serve.
3. It is the responsibility of the Care Partners to guarantee the correct delivery of the boxes.
4. It is not allowed to use the boxes to build up your own stock or to provide a reserve as this would miss our target. If this is desired or necessary, they should contact the central hub.

How do the items get to you?

When requesting the box, you must provide all information. The items will then arrive at your address via our internal transport system. By the way, this is in the best case your work address. Care partners who regularly work with us can request their boxes via a code.
